The staff went above and beyond to help us navigate our way to the hotel and made us feel instantly at home in our beautiful room, which was a cozy retreat after our weekend walks through the incredible sights of Rome like the Trevi Fountain and Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, both just a short stroll away.

Exceptional service from the staff made our experience memorable, especially with their understanding of family needs while checking in. The quadruple room was spacious and comfortable, accommodating our family perfectly. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but the noise from the street was occasionally disruptive. While breakfast options were limited, we enjoyed some delightful organic Quebec cheeses available at the local shops. The air conditioning system was efficient, a necessity in the warm climate.

Great location near the train station and a 10-minute walk to the Colosseum. The rooftop terrace for breakfast is a lovely touch, offering peaceful moments before diving into the busy streets of Rome. The room had effective air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the hot days. While the staff at the front desk were friendly and provided helpful local tips, the overall room condition left something to be desired. Walls showed signs of wear, with dirty marks that should have been easily cleaned. The elevator was quite slow, which could be a hassle during busy times. Overall, a charming stay, but a bit more attention to room maintenance would elevate the experience.

This place is just a decent fit for an overnight stay in Rome and offers real value for money. Although the breakfast options were very limited, the coffee provided each morning was surprisingly good and helped start the day right. Consider bringing your own snacks as the nearby food options get busy during peak times.
